Beta terms

Last updated: October 8, 2026

DreamDrop is an independent personal beta project. These interim terms describe beta participation and remain subject to legal review. Contact: info@dreamlab.mk.

About the beta

DreamDrop collects original files through upload links and delivers them to a connected computer using DreamDrop Agent. Access is invitation-only. Features, limits and availability may change. Beta access is not a guarantee of future access, pricing or a production-ready service. Paid subscriptions are not currently available.

Accounts and upload links

Keep passwords, Agent credentials and invitation links private. Invitations are intended for their approved recipient. You are responsible for securing your account and deciding who receives your Drop links. Anyone with a valid Drop link may submit files; a link does not verify an uploader’s identity.

Your files and permitted use

You retain your rights in uploaded content. Submit only material you own or have permission to send and receive. You allow the service to temporarily store, process and transmit it as needed for delivery and support; this does not transfer ownership.

Do not upload unlawful content, malware, stolen credentials or material that infringes others’ rights. Do not bypass plan limits, access other accounts, disrupt the service or use it for abusive activity. For this beta, avoid sensitive personal data and regulated or confidential records requiring compliance guarantees.

Delivery, retention and deletion

Temporary delivery storage lasts 1 day on Free, 3 days on Pro and 7 days on Team, measured from accepted upload using the plan then in effect. An offline computer must reconnect within that window. Expired files cannot be delivered or restored, and physical cleanup may follow later.

Deleting a Drop permanently disables its link; it does not immediately erase every server file or record or reset monthly usage. Local downloads are not deleted by Drop/account deletion or server expiry. Regular sync does not restore locally deleted files automatically. Restore missing files can recover missing copies only while they remain available on the server, without overwriting existing local files.

Agent and backups

Automatic delivery requires a supported computer, an installed and connected Agent, a writable folder and network access. Current downloads target macOS Apple Silicon and Windows 10/11 64-bit. The beta installers are unsigned or not fully platform-certified and may require additional installation approval.

DreamDrop is a delivery tool, not a permanent archive or backup service. Keep independent copies of important files. Delivery, uninterrupted operation and recovery cannot be guaranteed during beta.

Limits and access changes

Plan limits are enforced by the service. Paused Drops count toward the Drop limit. Beta membership may be assigned by the operator; displayed future pricing does not itself purchase a subscription. Team collaboration and multiple-device behavior are still evolving.

Access may be suspended or ended for misuse, security reasons, technical limitations or closure of the beta. Where practicable, we will communicate material changes. Do not rely on beta access as your only route to critical files.

Privacy and applicable rights

See the Privacy notice for account, file and technical-data handling. No statement here removes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not provide a service-level agreement or a promise of regulatory compliance.

Questions and changes

Report problems or ask about these terms at info@dreamlab.mk. Revised terms will show an updated date. Material changes should be reviewed before continued beta use.
